  3. It is high time that KSRTC needs a cosmetic make up to its buses. The service is good compared to private players, but the comfort factor and other needs an improvement. KerSRTC has the cheapest tickets rate among other Kar and TN with this level of punctuality and service. I have some suggestions here as I am a frequent user of KerSRTC on Blore route.
    1) The suspension of the buses has to be improved as passengers sitting at the back have no option but to stay awake if the road is in bad condition during a long journey.
    2) While sitting near left window seats, I have seen many narrow misses of KSRTC buses trying to overtake slow two wheelers. Punctuality is a must but this SHOULD NOT be at the expense of life!!
    3) All DOORS on new buses should be changed to hydraulic..(it is not expensive as they are used on large scale). Presently it is manually controlled using coir tied to the side bars.
    4) BUS stands should publish the timings instead of non functioning enquiry counter. Also Bus stands must cleaned and maintained regularly. Those who urinate at the premises of bus stands MUST be fined!

  4. your idea and concept is good your are deserving a nice pat. Ksrtc should think to replace the existing door with coir with a PASSENGER FRIENDLY HYDRAULIC DOOR operated by driver, which can see in bangalore, chennai and other cities. the front look also change. Other state buses have a nice look. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS DO THE SERVICE WITH A CLEANED BUS , WITH OUT DUST, PAPERS AND OTHER MATERIAL. You can see the KAr srtc will operate the service with a cleaned and washed bus WHY WE CANT?????????????????WE SHOULD IMPROVE, UPGRADE AND UPDATE THE TECHNIQES & FACILITIES SO CAN ATTRACT MORE PASSENGERS, SHOULD BE COMPETITIVE TO OTHERS
