How ksrtc will get profit?
I have booked a ticket online from Bangalore to Trichur last month. I don't know for some reason instead of Rs-467, the amount has been debited twice and I got the ticket. After two days i cancelled the same tiket as my journey was postponed. Now the problem comes.
I have mailed the concerned person that the amount has been debited twice by giving all the details.This happned on 22nd September. I waited till October 5th. I send another mail that the amount has not been credited back even the cancelled ticket amount. I called one number given on the website. He told i have to send mail for that.
I don't know whether these people are checking mail or not. I told I already send the complaint. So he told he will call back. But he didn't. After two days i called them again, so he is again telling to send mail. I told check your mail properly. Then after some time he send a mail regarding the transaction details and he is writing to approach bank to refund the amount.
What a bloody service this people are giving. He is telling this is the only thing they can do from their site. I have done so many transactions in karnataka rtc. If i cancelled the ticket with in 5,6 days it will credit back. But these guys really making life painful.
I was a regular traveler of ksrtc. But this incident make me get out of this service. I am also planning to write to transport minister. If the service is like this how it will survive?
Yah , you must contact the bank customer care .
ReplyDeleteI had a debit from my a/c for a failed transaction . I ringed up the federal bank customer care , they took my complaint and i got my money back in 2 days
