Our proper intention was to show the real face of the people who are sitting in the control room of the state owned transport corporation.
We phoned to the number 9447071021, One person picked the call. We started asking the question. He seems to be not aware of Thiru Kochi buses running in Kochi, Also he transferred the call to one of his colleagues, Mr Arun (He told us that name, when we asked him).

He replied that, In Kochi, KSRTC is running as Venad buses and Ananthapuri fast buses are running in Thiruvananthapuram.
So, our next question was regarding the LS, TT buses in Malabar regions and FP buses in Nationalized routes, all of a sudden, he got angry and told us to come there and ask such type of questions. He disconnected the call immediately. We tried calling the same number again and they didn't pick the call. We tried in the Land line number 0471 2463799 also, but there was no response.
Hello KSRTC, What is the use of a Control room?
Control room is one of the primary options for the public to contact the corporation. Public will call for telling their complaints, sharing their problems, to express their suggestions, to ask the doubts. But if the people who are handling the control room is not able to solve the problems, it's a big failure and shame for the corporation.

Listen the response from the call center of Karnataka RTC when we contacted to ask the fare difference between Volvo and Mercedes Buses. They are telling that, no Mercedes buses are running to Mysore.

ReplyDeleteYes This is absolutely true.They never give you the information you want .The person who handles the KSRTC Kochi, help desk hangs up the phone before you complete your query.I wonder what the hell the authorities there are doing.
ReplyDeleteI am a regular traveler ( since 2003 ) on KSRTC Kothamangalam Ernakulam FSLS chain service . It was the prestigious service and most money earning services for lot of depots related to same route . From the last 6 months for encouraging pvt vehicles all the buses starting from Kothamangalam is visiting Perumbavoor depot which got a time loss of at least 15 minutes in peak times. Same time kindly note Pvt buses are not vising any stands and saving time and collecting more travelers who is going directly to ernakulam which is the most revenue generating thing . We had complained it so many times to Depo , zonal office etc .. . But because of the influence of pvt owners they are not willing to do the same . Mean time so many passengers forced to change the journey to pvt buses. It is a painful situation for the travelers like us who like KSRTC and own lot of blogs regarding KSRTC . Please look in to the matter . We had enquired about it and got understood that some officers from kothamangalam to perumbavoor want to go to stand in signle bus and they had made this arrogant system.

Please inquire the same to the staffs who is regular in this services.
