Open The Door Please !!!!

On 14-10-2010(Thu) I travelled from Kaloor to Koovappadom on Alwaye-Fort Cochin Low Floor AC Volvo Bus and throughout the way the driver was reluctant to open the back door for getting out the passengers who are in the back side. Two of us asked the Conductor about this and he replied that this is not his job and ask the driver and for that press the bell on the back door.

Accordingly when the bus reached Koovappadom stop we pressed the bell but the driver didn`t open the door until we asked him to open it. JnNRUM buses are provided for the welfare of the commuters and it is high class service with higher fares and we expect some standard of service from the conductors/drivers posted in these buses otherwise this will also become a white elephant. Will the authorities look into the problem of opening the backdoor
