SC Orders To Clear Salary Arrears Of KSRTC Employees

The Supreme Court of India today ordered the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) to clear the salary arrears of the employees. The Divison Bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Mukundam Sharma has also rejected the plea submitted by the KSRTC today.

The Court ordered the KSRTC to pay the arrears by including the interest of the salary from the year 1997-99.
