We started getting a lot of complaints regarding the stoppages of Volvo city buses in Ernakulam. Most of the complaints are telling that the conductors are not willing to stop the buses in respective stops. If they continue doing the same thing, these buses will become flop within a short period of time.
Here is a complaint which we have received from Mr. Shabeeb regarding the same issue.
"I want to know if the Volvo AC buses are limited stop buses. Because the buses servicing to airport and Ankamali are saying that they won't stop at 'Seminari padi', a stop that comes after 'Paravur Kavala'."
I dont agree with this allegation rather i found that conductors are cooperative and they stop wherever u want irrespective of whehter stop is there or not.
