Video: New Plans And Achievements Of KSRTC




  • Going to introduce more facilities for ladies in KSRTC Bus Stands like rest room, waiting rooms etc..
  • 2119 Buses new introduced by KSRTC after 2007. 
  • Saved around 2.5 Lakhs on a bus by open tender and self body building. 
  • At present KSRTC is running 5010 Schedules
  • 351 New Malabar schedules started
  • 14000 New Employees recruited through PSC
  • Going to recruit 5000 more this year.
  • Inter state bus terminal in Thiruvananthapuram
  • Online Reservation Started
  • First state in India to implement Electronic Ticket Machine completely.

    KSRTC should introduce more semi low floor buses, not the cheapest buses. The buses should also be well-maintained, drivers should also be well trained.

    KSRTC is the number one... kudos ksrtc......

    Almost 33,000 people are working in KSRTC.

    KSRTC's success is people's success...
    the condition of Banglore-Kotayam A/C super deluxe is not great!
    a/c also having some probleam and its too noisy.
    similarly body vinration also is too much showing lack of timely maintainance...
    hope this comes into KSRTC's eyes!!!
    why cant they replace the ac superdeluxe so called "TATA Volvos" with the real volvos or atleast better Tata Volvos!!!

    Comment 3 by Raghu is correct, I also agree, KSRTC should introduce new TATA HISPANOS and MARCOPOLS and compete with the private bus operators.
